Its very interesting to see Amazon to expand into other services -Cloud, Kindle, Ebooks, and now Amazon's new TV, Movie Service ( which will compete with Netflix).
Their primary business is retail/ecommerce and it's a low margin business. It's clear they want to move into services/businesses that have a higher margin. What's fascinating is that they have got many of their hypothesis or bets right so it will be interesting to see this play out.
